Zest the lemon.

Add the lemon sorbet, ice cubes, lemon zest and 4 tablespoons of the Natureo 0.0 Sparkling Grape Beverage to a blender. Blitz until smooth.

Pour the mixture into two coupe glasses.

To finish, top each glass with the remaining sparkling grape beverage. Stir gently to preserve the carbonation.
