We’ve taken all the hard work out of planning an Easter menu with pre-packed salmon and lamb dishes along with assorted cakes and cupcakes
Salmon is an excellent choice for an Easter main. Spinneys sources its locally reared organic salmon from Fish Farm, a pioneering aquaculture company with its state-of-the-art facility at Dibba and a state-of-the-art inland farming facility at Jebel Ali. The salmon reaches stores less than a day after it was taken from the sea.
This year we’ve also created two specials – salmon with garlic and herbs; and salmon with lemon and dill.
For a more hearty centrepiece, head to the butchery for a variety of lamb cuts. Our premium-quality, grass-fed lamb is succulent and has a delicious nutty flavour. The whole legs are ideal for roasting while the carefully trimmed racks will make an attractive main.
If you’re looking to skip all the preparation, consider our garlic and rosemary lamb rack, or spinach- and feta-stuffed leg. Simply pop them in the oven for a juicy, flavourful roast.
Round off your meal with something sweet from our bakery. While chocolate is always a winner during Easter, we’ve brought in a selection of treats that celebrate the occasion. From egg-shaped vanilla and chocolate cakes and egg and chick cupcakes to mini dome cakes, these desserts are sure to please adults and kids alike.
