Preparation Guidelines

Oven cook from frozen: For the best results oven heat. Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 30-35 minutes. Remove film lid & gently stir. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. (Time 30-35 minutes, oven: 200, Fan: 180, Gas: Gas Mark 6) Microwave from frozen: Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwaveable plate and cook for stated minutes. Carefully remove film. Stand for 1 minute before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. (800W: 5 minutes, 900W: 4 minutes 30 seconds, 1000W: 4 minutes).
