A splash of redcurrant juice gives this onion marmalade – also known as caramelised onion marmalade – a pleasing tang. It makes a great addition to a cheese board but is just as delicious with sausages or stirred into gravy.
Details
Tracklements started when its founder found a recipe for wholegrain mustard while reading the 17th century diary of John Evelyn. Discontent with introducing mustard to the UK, Tracklements launched a line of savoury jellies. This was soon followed by onion marmalade, chilli jam, and much more.

Onions (46%), raw cane sugar, citrus pectin, spiced vinegar (cider vinegar, cinnamon, cloves, ginger), concentrated redcurrant juice, extra virgin olive oil, concentrated lemon juice.
