Preparation Guidelines

Cook from frozen. Ensure the product is cooked through before serving. Cooking instructions are given as a guide. To air fry, set the temperature to 180°C. Sprinkle a little oil onto the base of 2 Thryve Koftas and place into the air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes, until cooked through. To pan fry, preheat 1 tsp of oil in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Add 2 Thryve Koftas and place a lid onto the pan. Fry for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.

Storage

Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
