Preparation Guidelines

Microwave: Cut a 1cm corner off the bag. Place the bag on a microwaveable plate and microwave for 3-4 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute before opening the bag. Take care when opening the bag as steam will escape. Toss the Tenderstem® broccoli with the melted butter to ensure they are evenly coated. Pan fry: Stir fry in olive oil for 5-7 minutes and then toss in the lemon butter. All cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only. Washed and ready to cook.
