Preparation Guidelines
Bake: Oven cook from chilled. Preheat the oven and baking tray. Remove the salmon en croute from the plastic tray and place on greaseproof paper on the preheated baking tray. Brush the pastry with milk or beaten egg for a golden colour. Bake at 200oC, gas mark 6, for 30-35 minutes. Cook until golden brown. Remove from the oven and rest for 10-20 minutes before slicing. All cooking instructions vary in performance, these are guidelines only.
