Preparation Guidelines

Fan oven: 16-18 minutes at 180°C, gas mark 4. Turn once. Frying pan: 10-12 minutes on a medium heat. Turn every now and then. Heating instructions are based on the defrosted product. Ensure the product is piping hot before. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated below 5°C and use within 3 days.

Ingredients

Water, sunflower oil, 11% vegetable protein (pea, wheat), onion, wheat flour, natural flavouring, pea starch, potato flakes, vinegar, garlic purée, dried tomato, thickener methyl cellulose, wheat fibre, salt, spices and gelling agent (potassium chloride).
