Preparation Guidelines

Conventional oven: Place the vegetables on a baking tray or roasting dish. Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter and season to taste with salt and black pepper. Roast at 180°C, gas mark 4, for 10-20 mins or until the vegetables are cooked, tossing occasionally. Sprinkle with freshly chopped herbs before serving. Microwave: Cut open the bag and empty the product on a microwaveable plate. Microwave for 3 - 5 minutes or until vegetables are cooked. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Steam: Place the vegetables in a steamer. Steam the vegetables over a pot of boiling water with a lid on or in a steamer until cooked. All cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only. Washed and ready to cook.
