Preparation Guidelines

Preparing the icing: Rub the icing bag between your hands to blend its contents altogether. Separation is normal since we use natural colours! If the product is too runny, you may keep the bag in the fridge for a few minutes. Cut a small hole in each piping bag by snipping the pointy end with clean scissors. Building the walls: Lay out one end panel wall and pipe icing lines on the biscuit. Attach a side panel to the icing lines and allow the icing to set firm. Completing the walls: Repeat the previous step with the other end panel and side panels, so you have all four walls iced together. Attach the roof: Pipe down the reverse sides of the front and back roof panels, then add the roof section. Do this on one roof panel at a time, then pipe a line across the top to hold it securely in place. Piping decorations: Follow the indents on each biscuit to decorate the roof, windows and tiles of the house. Sweet decorations: As you pipe each section decorate with coloured drops and enjoy your masterpiece!

Icing (24%): Icing sugar, water, reconstituted egg albumin powder (dried egg white, carrier solvent triethyl citrate), lemon juice, anticaking agent calcium carbonate and preservative potassium sorbate. Coloured drops (10%): Sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel), skimmed milk powder, full cream milk powder, emulsifier sunflower lecithin and natural colours (copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins, paprika extract, beetroot red, turmeric).
