Preparation Guidelines

Sauce is fully cooked. To reheat from chilled: Microwave Empty packet into a microwaveable container, heat for 1 minute. Remove, stir, and heat for a further minute. -750W 2 minutes -900W 2 minutes Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir-fry Meal Suggestion In a hot wok, stir-fry meat or plant-based protein for 3-4 minutes. Add vegetables and stir-fry further for 2-3 minutes. Add pre-boiled noodles or pre-cooked rice, sauce, and mix until piping hot. Serve immediately. Ensure protein and vegetables are fully cooked before serving. All cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only.

Water, coconut milk powder (coconut milk solids, maltodextrin and sodium caseinate), sunflower oil, fresh lemongrass, mild curry paste (tomato puréee [tomato, salt], apple cider vinegar [apple cider vinegar, vinegar, water], sunflower oil, tamarind purée, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, salt, mustard seeds, sweet smoked paprika, lemon salt, fennel seeds, black pepper crushed, turmeric powder, cinnamon stick, fenugreek seeds and red chilli), fresh garlic, fresh ginger, sugar, fresh jalapeño, salt, thickening agents (modified starch, hydroxypropyl di-starch phosphate), fresh galangal, fresh coriander, fresh red chilli, vegetable flavour (yeast extract, soya protein, maltodextrin, soyabean oil and celery oil), lemon juice and fresh mint.
