Preparation Guidelines
Oven cook from chilled: Preheat the oven to 190ºC, gas mark 5. Remove the outer plastic film, including the wrapper on the cheese. Place the bread and cheese on an oven tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, until the cheese has melted. With a spatula, gently remove the bread and cheese and slide both onto a serving board. Cut a cross into the surface of the camembert so the melted cheese is visible. Do not reheat.
