Preparation Guidelines

Microwave: Remove the baby potatoes from the outer bag. Set aside the aioli mayonnaise, crispy onion sprinkles and chopped parsley for plating. Cut 1cm off from the corner of the baby potato bag. Place the bag on a microwaveable plate and microwave for 6 minutes. Oven: Preheat the oven to 200˚C, gas mark 6. Place a baking sheet in the oven to heat. Remove the baby potato bag from outer bag. Set aside the aioli mayonnaise, crispy onions sprinkles and chopped parsley for plating. Cut 1cm off the corner of the baby potato bag. Place the bag on a microwaveable plate and microwave for 6 minutes. Place the steamed baby potatoes on the preheated baking sheet and allow to cool slightly. Drizzle the olive oil over the steamed baby potatoes and season with sea salt and black pepper. Roast the baby potatoes for 20-25 minutes, tossing occasionally to ensure they cook evenly and become golden brown. Plate with creamy aioli mayonnaise, crispy onion sprinkle and chopped parsley. Air fry: Remove the baby potato bag from the outer bag. Set aside the aioli mayonnaise, crispy onion sprinkles and chopped parsley for plating. Cut 1cm off the corner of the baby potato bag. Place the bag on a microwaveable plate and microwave for 6 minutes. Remove the steamed baby potatoes from the bag and place in the air fryer basket - do not overfill. Drizzle the olive oil over the baby potatoes and season with sea salt and black pepper. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway through to ensure they cook evenly and become golden brown. Plate with creamy aioli mayonnaise, roasted baby potatoes, crispy onion sprinkle and chopped parsley. All cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only. Only reheat food once. Washed and ready to cook.
