Preparation Guidelines
1. Boil 500ml if water. Add 1 stock cube. Add 1 stem lemongrass (sliced), 2 small shallots (minced). 2. Stir in 1 sachet of tom yam paste into the boiling water. 3. Add 10 prawns (or tofu), 100g mushrooms (quartered), add 1 tbsp lime juice. Simmer until cooked through and serve.
