You can prevent oxidation on your jewellery in a number of ways including avoiding getting them wet, applying lotion before putting them on and keeping them in closed containers among others.

Pull out the silver cleaning towel. Rub over the object to be cleaned with light pressure. Thoroughly rinse the object under warm water, and dry off with a clean cloth
