بيتزا بالدجاج وصلصة الباربكيو المدخّنة

- Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Place the pizza bases on the baking sheet. Brush with 2 tablespoons of the olive oil.
- Grate the cheese and sprinkle evenly over each base.
- Heat the remaining olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
- Peel and finely slice the onion. Slice the capsicum into strips. Add the onion and capsicum to the pan. Sauté until soft and slightly caramelised, approx. 5-7 minutes.
- Shred the chicken breasts and place it in a mixing bowl. Add in the BBQ sauce and smoked paprika and mix well.
- Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the pizza bases. Scatter the onion-capsicum mixture over the chicken.
- Bake the pizzas for approx. 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown. Remove the pizzas from the oven.
- Slice and serve immediately.
