European 10 Mins Prep
- Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, quinoa, rice cereal, seeds, date syrup and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine the honey, nut butter, coconut oil and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well, making sure everything is well coated.
- Spread on to a lined baking sheet in an even layer and bake for 20-30 minutes, stirring thoroughly every 5-10 minutes so the granola toasts evenly.
- Remove from the oven and stir in the almonds.
