European 10 Mins Prep


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, quinoa, rice cereal, seeds, date syrup and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the honey, nut butter, coconut oil and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well, making sure everything is well coated.
  5. Spread on to a lined baking sheet in an even layer and bake for 20-30 minutes, stirring thoroughly every 5-10 minutes so the granola toasts evenly.
  6. Remove from the oven and stir in the almonds.
