Ravioli with Italian herb and pine nut butter

- Place a large frying pan over a medium heat. Melt the butter in the pan.
- Add the bay leaves and pine nuts. Cook, shaking the pan occasionally, for 3-4 minutes or until the butter turns a nutty brown colour. Juice the lemon and stir into the sauce along with the Italian rub. Swirl to combine, then remove the pan from the heat. Set the sauce aside.
- Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions in a large saucepan of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
- Toss the cooked ravioli in the prepared Italian herb brown butter sauce, ensuring each is well coated. 5 Serve the ravioli immediately.
