Rainbow layered smoothie

- To prepare the smoothie in batches, prepare the ingredients for each layer. To make the green layer, place 4 kiwis, a handful of spinach, 1 tsp of honey and 4 tbsp of yoghurt in a blender and blitz until smooth. Adjust the sweetness, if necessary and pour into a separate container.
- Repeat the process for the yellow layer with the pineapple, coconut milk, 1 tsp of honey and 4 tbsp of yoghurt. For the red layer with the strawberries, pomegranate juice, 1 tsp honey and 4 tbsp yoghurt. For the purple layer, with the blueberries, milk, 1 tsp honey and 2 tbsp vanilla yoghurt.
- Pour each of the mixes into the glasses to form layers.
