Pink radish yoghurt tzatziki

- Finely grate the cucumber and radishes and place in a clean tea towel. Gently squeeze out any excess water. Place in a medium-sized bowl. Grate the garlic. Finely chop the herbs. Zest and juice the lemon.
- Place the garlic, herbs, lemon zest, lemon juice, yoghurt and salt in the bowl with the grated cucumber and radish. Stir well to combine.
- Spread on a serving plate and drizzle over the olive oil.
