- Scoop the peanut butter onto the back of a spoon and spread it around the inside of the glasses.
- In a small bowl, combine the green yoghurt ingredients and adjust the sweetness, if necessary. Divide this between two glasses followed by a sprinkle of more greens powder for decoration.
- Place the smoothie ingredients in a blender. Blitz on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If it is too thick, add more milk to reach your desired consistency.
- Pour the smoothie mixture into the prepared glasses to create the two layers.
- Serve immediately.
