Peaches and cream popsicles

- Combine the yoghurt, honey, cream and vanilla extract.
- Place the peaches in a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Fill each popsicle mould halfway with the peach purée, then half with the cream mixture.
- Add sticks and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
