Mixed fruit porridge

- Place the fruit, honey, cinnamon and water in a saucepan placed over a medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring gently to combine for 3-4 minutes until the fruit is soft and a toffee-like sauce has formed.
- In a separate pan, bring the milk to a boil, stirring occasionally, then remove it from the heat and add the oats. Stir well, then return to the pan to a low heat, stirring continuously for 5-6 minutes until the porridge has thickened.
- Stir half the fruit mixture through the porridge and mix well.
- Divide between 4 bowls and top with the remaining fruit and serve.
