  1. Whisk all the ingredients together in a saucepan over a medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and allow it to simmer for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove from the heat and allow to cool before transferring the sauce into a sterilised bottle. Set aside for 1 hour for the flavours to combine before using. Store for up to 1 month in the fridge. Stir well before use.
