Iced date and peppermint tea

- Boil the water and pour it over 2 peppermint tea bags in a heat-proof jug. Steep for 5 minutes, then remove the bags and set the tea aside to cool. Stir in the date syrup before adding the ice.
- Cut open the remaining teabag and spread its contents on a plate. Rub half a lemon down one side of each glass, then gently press them into the peppermint tea leaves.
- Fill the glasses with ice cubes and pour over the iced date tea. Cut open the chamomile teabag and sprinkle chamomile flowers over both iced teas.
- Serve immediately.
