- Thinly slice the cheese into thin rounds. Thinly slice the garlic. Chop the herbs.
- Coat the bottom of a glass dish with a little olive oil, then add some of the cheese wheels and the garlic. Sprinkle over the herbs then place more cheese and herbs followed by oil.
- Sprinkle over the chilli, seasoning and make sure to cover with the oil.
- Allow to stand for at least 2 hours before serving with laffa naan.
