- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over a medium heat.
- Crumble the feta cheese into the pan, leaving four wells in the middle.
- Crack the eggs into the centre of the wells. Season with the black pepper and chilli flakes, then cover with a lid to steam the eggs. Allow the eggs to cook until the edges are crispy and golden while the yolks are soft.
- Scatter over the dill and serve with crusty bread.
