- Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Using a pair of kitchen scissors, cut the wraps into wedges. Evenly arrange the wrap wedges on the baking tray. Brush over the olive oil and generously sprinkle with the seasoning.
- Bake the wedges for approx. 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
- When ready to serve, place the hummus in a serving bowl and spread the wrap chips around it along with the cucumber, carrot sticks and cherry tomatoes.
