Cucumber celery tahini slaw

- Peel and finely grate or crush the garlic.
- Juice the lemon. Combine the garlic, salt, tahini, yoghurt, mayo and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Halve the cucumbers and remove the seeds, then slice very thinly using a knife or mandolin.
- Thinly slice the celery and cabbage and toss together in a big bowl.
- Add the tahini mayonnaise and mix well. Adjust the seasoning adding more lemon juice or salt, to taste.
- Serve sprinkled with the sesame seeds.
