Cucumber and green apple slushie

- Core and quarter the apples.
- Place the apples, iced green tea, 3g of mint, lime and salt in a blender and blitz until combined. Divide the mixture between two zip-top bags and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- When ready to serve, break up the frozen mixture and return to the blender and blitz until it forms a slushie consistency.
- Divide between 4 glasses and top each with a sprig of mint.
- Serve immediately.
