Mediterranean 5 Mins Prep
- Peel the mandarins and reserve the peel swirls. Wash and slice the peaches. Wash the raspberries.
- Purée ¾ cup of raspberries in a small bowl using the back of a fork.
- If you are using a juicer, just juice the ClemenGold mandarins and peaches. However if you are using a blender, blend everything together with about ¼ cup of water to help the blender along. Then pour over a nutmilk bag/ cheese cloth/ sieve into a bowl and press all the juice out using your hands to twist and squeeze the bag.
- Transfer half of the raspberry into the one glass and the other half into the other glass and then pour the ClemenGold and peach juice in.
- Add a few ice cubes, a few whole raspberries and a twirl of ClemenGold mandarin peel, and serve.
