Cinnamon waffle Santas

- Heat a waffle iron and spray it lightly with non-stick spray.
- Cut the cinnamon roll dough into 2cm-thick discs. Place one cinnamon roll on each section of the waffle iron and cook for 2-3 minutes until they are light golden brown.
- Separate the cream cheese icing into two bowls and colour one with the red food colouring.
- To assemble the Santa waffles, spread the red frosting on one side in the shape of a Santa hat, and the white frosting on the opposite side in the shape of a beard. Place a mini marshmallow at the end of the Santa hat for the pom-pom, a red skittle for the nose and the candy eyeballs for the eyes.
