Middle Eastern 20 Mins Prep


  1. Dice the onion and place in a bowl with the salt. Toss and set aside for a few minutes to soften.
  2. Dice the tomatoes, Romano pepper and chilli to roughly the same size as the onion. Finely chop the parsley. Place all the chopped ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Juice the lemon and drizzle over the salad. Add the molasses and Aleppo pepper. Season to taste. Toss well to combine.
  4. Serve with the Lebanese bread.
