- In a medium-sized pot over a medium heat, add the coconut water, orange juice, coconut flour, cocoa powder, desiccated coconut, honey and salt and stir to combine.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent the porridge from sticking to the pot. If the mixture is too thick, add more coconut water to reach the desired consistency.
- Meanwhile, peel and slice the oranges and toast the pecans.
- Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the coconut milk.
- When ready to serve, divide the porridge between 4 bowls and top with the orange slices and pecans, adding more coconut milk if desired.
