  1. In a medium-sized pot over a medium heat, add the coconut water, orange juice, coconut flour, cocoa powder, desiccated coconut, honey and salt and stir to combine.
  2. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent the porridge from sticking to the pot. If the mixture is too thick, add more coconut water to reach the desired consistency.
  3. Meanwhile, peel and slice the oranges and toast the pecans.
  4. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the coconut milk.
  5. When ready to serve, divide the porridge between 4 bowls and top with the orange slices and pecans, adding more coconut milk if desired.
