- Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat.
- Combine the sugar and Cajun spice in a bowl. Place the wings on a tray and coat them with half the spiced sugar mixture, flip over the wings and coat them with the remaining spice and lightly rub it into the wings.
- To make the sauce, add the hot sauce and butter to a saucepan and heat until the butter melts.
- To cook the wings, place them on the hot grill and immediately brush them with the hot sauce. Grill for 8-10 minutes until one side is lightly charred, then flip over and brush with more sauce. Grill for 8-10 minutes until lightly charred then remove the wings from the heat.
- Serve immediately.
