- Using a hot knife, carefully cut the chocolate egg in half horizontally. Place the two halves into small bowls with the opening facing up.
- Crumble two cookies into the base of the egg. Alternate layers of the millionaire’s mini bites and the birthday cookie dough until the chocolate shells are full. Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream and drizzle over the chocolate sauce. Decorate with sprinkles and place a birthday candle in the centre.
- Serve immediately.
