Italian born. London raised. They are chefs who grew up in Italy. The master gelatieri of Sicily taught them the importance of real ingredients and traditional slow churning techniques. Every recipe they made was a unique collaboration with top chefs, and it continues to be enjoyed in top-tier dining establishments.
