Biosota honey is raw and not heat-treated and cold extracted to ensure both an exceptional and one-of-a-kind taste.

Its antibacterial properties can potentially provide relief of the symptoms of a sore throat, relief of mouth ulcers, maintenance of healthy digestive function and provide a moist wound healing environment.

To preserve MGO bioactivity, store at room temperature below 20°C (68°F) and avoid heat exposure. Refrigeration is optional. Crystallisation is natural and doesn’t impact quality or efficacy. To decrystallise, place the sealed jar in warm water. Short-term exposure to higher temperatures, such as during shipping, does not affect the honey.
