Zaatar, cucumber and feta finger sandwiches
Middle Eastern 15 Mins Prep
- Thinly slice the cucumber.
- Crumble the feta cheese. Chop the mint leaves. In a small bowl, combine the feta, mint, yoghurt and za’atar.
- Lay out the slices of bread. Spread a generous layer of the feta filling on each slice. On every alternate slice of bread, layer the cucumber slices. Top with another slice of bread.
- Trim the crusts and cut each sandwich into finger-sized pieces.
- Arrange the za’atar, cucumber and feta finger sandwiches on a platter and serve.
